Kopchang refers to the small intestine of beef and the entire intestine of pork."Kop" means fat in Korean, and "chang" means intestines.It is a standard yakiniku dish, but it is also commonly eaten as kopchan hotpot (what is called horumon hotpot in Japan).It goes well with beer, shochu, and makgeolli!
